Meet Our Providers
Dr. Janine D. Miller, MD, FAAD – Owner & Clinic Founder
Dr. Miller is a Harvard-trained, Board-Certified Dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. After completing her pediatrics internship at the State University of New York, she trained in dermatology at Case Western Reserve University and completed advanced fellowships in Photobiology and Photomedicine. Dr. Miller brings extensive experience in laser therapy and cosmetic dermatology, offering patients the most effective, evidence-based treatments available.
Dr. Jacob G. Dodd, DO, FAAD
Dr. Jacob G. Dodd is a Board-Certified General Dermatologist and United States Army Veteran originally from Lorain, Ohio. He is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). Dr. Dodd completed his Transitional Year Internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas and his Dermatology Residency through the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in San Antonio, Texas.
Prior to joining Miller Dermatology Surgical and Laser Center, Dr. Dodd served as the Chief of Dermatology Services at the United States Army Health Clinic – Grafenwoehr in Grafenwoehr, Germany.
Dr. Dodd is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. He has an interest in treating acne, eczema, psoriasis, autoimmune disorders of the skin, scars, and skin cancers. His goal is to create an effective and practical treatment plan for your skin. He is currently accepting new patients for medical, laser and cosmetic services.
Dr. Katinna E. Rodriguez Baisi, MD, FAAD
Dr. Katinna E. Rodriguez Baisi is a board-certified general dermatologist who completed her dermatology residency at Northwell Health in New York. Originally from Puerto Rico and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, she has returned to practice dermatology in the community she calls home.
She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in biology from the University of Alaska Anchorage and earned her medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico. Dr. Rodriguez Baisi has also conducted dermatology research at the Mayo Clinic.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, she provides comprehensive dermatologic care for patients of all ages, including medical, surgical, and pediatric dermatology. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Pediatric Dermatology Research Alliance, the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Ruth Harrison, PA-C
Ruth has been a trusted member of the practice since 2000. A lifelong Alaskan and University of Washington graduate, she brings more than 20 years of dermatology experience and a background in rural medicine, offering exceptional patient care with a local touch.
Shaddin Tirhi, PA-C
A graduate of the University of Washington MEDEX program, Shaddin combines a background in pediatric oncology and emergency medicine with specialized training in cosmetic dermatology. She focuses on holistic, patient-centered care and enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients.
Kirsten Johnson, Master Esthetician
With over 17 years of experience, Kirsten provides advanced esthetic services including chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and microneedling. Known for her expertise and warm approach, she helps clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through customized care.
